Import Declaration Software

Customs clearance procedures are facilitated through the electronic submission of import declaration data by importers or customs brokers directly to the Customs Department’s computer system.

Once the submitted information has been validated against the import declaration data and the details are confirmed to be accurate and complete, the system automatically returns the Import Declaration Number to the data sender.

Importers can then make payments for customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), excise tax, local tax, and other applicable taxes and duties through banks using electronic payment services, including e-Payment and e-Bill Payment.

Export Declaration Software

Customs clearance procedures are facilitated through the electronic submission of export declaration data by exporters or customs brokers directly to the Customs Department’s computer system.

The Customs system verifies the information contained in the export declaration. Once the submitted information has been confirmed as accurate and complete, the system automatically returns the Export Declaration Number to the data sender.

Goods Control List Software

The Cargo Movement Control process enables the party responsible for packing goods into containers to electronically submit cargo packing information to the Customs Department’s computer system once the packing process has been completed.

The Customs system verifies the submitted information. Once the data has been confirmed as accurate and complete, the system automatically returns the Cargo Movement Control Number to the responsible party.

The Cargo Movement Control document can then be printed and used to transport the goods to the designated port or export location.

Transit refers to the transportation of goods through Thailand from one Customs House where the goods enter the country to another Customs House where the goods leave Thailand, under Customs control. The origin and final destination of the transportation must both be outside Thailand.

During transit, the goods may be transferred between means of transport, temporarily stored, repacked or transferred to different containers for transportation purposes, or switched to another mode of transport. However, the goods must not be used or commercially exploited, nor may any activities be undertaken for commercial purposes involving the goods while they are in transit through Thailand.

Transshipment refers to the transfer of goods from one means of transport arriving in Thailand to another means of transport departing from Thailand, under Customs control at the same Customs House. The origin and final destination of the transportation must both be outside Thailand.

The party responsible for cargo transportation is required to report the arrival of the vehicle and submit the Car Manifest (Form Sor Bor. 1) when a vehicle arriving from abroad reaches a land border checkpoint.

The required information is submitted electronically to the Customs Department’s computer system. Once the system receives and validates the submitted information, it automatically issues a Received Control Number to the responsible transportation party.

The Received Control Number must then be presented to Customs officers at the relevant land border checkpoint. Customs officers will verify the vehicle and cargo information reported under Form Sor Bor. 1 and, upon approval, the importer may proceed with the Import Declaration process.

An electronic, paperless system for submitting centralized applications to the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA), designed to streamline application processes while improving speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

The system also supports data import functionality, enabling users to import existing data directly into the application for faster and more accurate submission.
