Our Background
Eximnet Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 through a joint investment by the majority of members of the Thai Airfreight Forwarders Association (TAFA), together with other companies operating in the air cargo industry.
The company was established to invest in TradeSiam Co., Ltd., a company established pursuant to a resolution of the Cabinet of Thailand to provide Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services between the private and public sectors as a National Gateway.
The government-sector shareholders of TradeSiam included:
- Ministry of Finance
- Ministry of Commerce
- Ministry of Science and Technology, represented by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA)
- Ministry of Transport, represented by Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) and Thai Airways International Public Company Limited
- Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, represented by CAT Telecom Public Company Limited and TOT Public Company Limited, which are currently operated under National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT)
The private-sector shareholder was the Thai Bankers Association, represented by ITMX Co., Ltd.
Through its strong foundation in the air cargo and logistics industry, Eximnet has continued to develop its capabilities in electronic data communication and digital solutions, supporting seamless connectivity between businesses, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Eximnet Co., Ltd. successfully developed and implemented the Online Rubber Registration and Application System (ORRAF System), an integrated paperless data exchange and Electronic Cess Payment (e-CESS) system for the Rubber Authority of Thailand (RAOT).
The system was the first of its kind to be fully implemented in Thailand, enabling seamless electronic data exchange among various government agencies, private-sector operators, and financial institutions.
